Cambridge AS Level Business

The Cambridge AS Level Business curriculum for Grade 11 (syllabus 9609) is divided into five core units: Business and Its Environment (enterprise, business structure, size, objectives, stakeholders); People in Organizations (management and leadership, motivation, human resource management); Marketing (the marketing mix, market research); Operations and Project Management (operations planning, inventory management); and Finance and Accounting (business finance, costs, accounting fundamentals, cash flow forecasting) . It is designed for students typically studying at this level for one year and prepares them for further study or employment by developing skills in understanding business behavior, decision-making, and problem-solving within a dynamic external environment.
