The South African CAPS Grade 12 Business Studies curriculum for the FET Phase is the culmination of the learning trajectory, preparing students for the final National Senior Certificate (NSC) examinations across two papers . Paper 1 covers Business Environments (impact of recent legislation, business strategies, business sectors) and Business Operations (human resources function, quality of performance), while Paper 2 covers Business Roles (ethics, creative thinking, team performance, human rights, social responsibility) and Business Ventures (management and leadership, investment securities and insurance, presentation and data response, forms of ownership).
