Grade 10 IEB Business Studies

The IEB Grade 10 Business Studies curriculum is an elective subject in the FET Phase that builds on the foundational skills taught in Economic and Management Sciences in Grades 8 and 9, encompassing business principles, theory, and practice that underpin entrepreneurial initiatives and sustainable enterprises . It covers key content areas including business environments and their influences, business sectors and functions, entrepreneurship and forms of ownership, business operations (marketing, human resources, production), and business roles encompassing ethics and corporate social responsibility, with learners expected to engage with real-world case studies, analyze business strategies, and participate in practical work such as business simulations.
