My teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that true understanding is more important than memorization. In mathematics, science, engineering mathematics, physics, and mechanics, concepts are deeply interconnected, and students succeed best when they understand the “why” behind the work, not just the steps to solve a problem. I aim to build a strong conceptual foundation before moving to application and speed. I view teaching as an interactive and collaborative process. I encourage students to ask questions, think critically, and actively engage with the material. By creating a supportive environment, I help students feel comfortable making mistakes, as these are essential for learning and growth. I recognize that each student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods to suit their individual needs. Whether through visual explanations, real-world examples, or step-by-step problem solving, I strive to make complex ideas accessible and relatable. In subjects like physics and mechanics, I often connect concepts to everyday experiences to deepen understanding. Practice is essential, but I emphasize quality over quantity. I guide students through meaningful problem-solving and reflection to build confidence and independence.
