Neo Debeta is the Founder and Academic Director of LevelUp International Academy, an established multi-curriculum academic institution supporting students across South Africa, Europe and the Middle East. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (BEng), a Bachelor of Economics, and is currently completing his MBA. His academic background uniquely combines analytical precision, strategic thinking and economic insight — foundations that strongly influence his structured and performance-driven approach to education. Neo’s journey began as a private tutor, working directly with students who required personalised academic intervention. Over time, his results-driven methodology and ability to significantly improve student performance led to the establishment of Level Up International Academy — a platform designed to deliver structured, high-level academic support across multiple curriculums To date, Neo has personally tutored and mentored over 100 students across: CAPS IEB Cambridge (IGCSE, AS & A Level) Pearson Edexcel IB This rare cross-curriculum exposure has allowed him to deeply understand the different examination philosophies, assessment structures and marking standards unique to each system. As a result, he does not simply teach content — he teaches students how to think, analyse and perform according to the specific demands of their examination boards.
